Under high-load conditions, power output remains stable without fatigue or speed drop. The power system has undergone professional fuel-saving tuning, resulting in low operating vibration and noise, and excellent fuel economy. It supports long-term, all-weather continuous construction, effectively reducing daily energy costs and meeting the high-frequency, routine construction needs of construction teams and individual users.
The machine is equipped with an upgraded closed-loop hydraulic control system, resulting in greater hydraulic flow, faster response, and more even power transmission. The entire set of operating actions—digging, lifting, rotating, lowering the blade, and bulldozing—is seamless, linear, and without jamming, vibration, or lag. The equipment's digging depth, digging force, and rotating efficiency have all been comprehensively improved. It can accurately complete precise leveling, slope trimming, pit digging, and ditch clearing operations, and is also capable of handling high-efficiency operations such as large-scale earthwork excavation, spoil removal, and site demolition. Coupled with a larger and upgraded cooling system, the high efficiency and even heat exchange effectively resist the high temperatures of summer and the high temperatures caused by prolonged full-load operation, significantly improving the machine's continuous working stability and reliability.
III. Universal Quick-Connect Attachment Interface, Multi-Functional Coverage for All Working Conditions The HLT-15 comes standard with an industry-standard reinforced quick-connect attachment interface. Its locking structure is robust, and assembly/disassembly is convenient, requiring no specialized tools or complex modifications. It allows for quick switching between various attachments, enabling integrated multi-functional operations such as excavation, breaking, loosening, clamping, sweeping, and trenching. A single unit replaces multiple construction tools, effectively reducing equipment procurement, storage, management, and labor costs, and significantly improving overall equipment utilization. The standard large-capacity, thickened, wear-resistant bucket features a reasonable capacity, wear resistance, and smooth soil entry, significantly improving the efficiency of foundation earthmoving operations.
The equipment is fully compatible with a variety of professional attachments, including hydraulic breakers, log grapples, rippers, trenchers, and sweepers, covering all working conditions. Municipal micro-projects can handle road demolition, sidewalk repair, trench excavation, road corner cleaning, and small-scale infrastructure maintenance; landscaping projects can handle large-scale land clearing, seedling transplantation, tree planting, green belt leveling, and landscape ditch excavation; rural infrastructure projects are suitable for overall courtyard renovation, homestead leveling, farmland renovation, drainage ditch digging, and alleyway straightening; civil engineering projects can handle indoor floor breaking, wall demolition, waste soil removal, and courtyard leveling; agricultural projects can handle greenhouse land preparation, farmland loosening, irrigation ditch dredging, and field road repair, demonstrating strong versatility and adaptability to a wide range of scenarios.
IV. Reinforced Structure for Robust Durability and Easy Maintenance
The HLT-15 is constructed with a thickened high-strength steel structure. The main beam, boom, stick, chassis hinge points, and core load-bearing components are all specially reinforced.
